Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County partners with Community Action Partnership of Riverside County, NeighborWorks, Springboard Credit Restoration, New Hope Family Life Center, and Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, which provide asset-specific training, credit counseling, and financial education.
