Co-Opportunity, Inc. is a nonprofit housing counseling agency with the objective of providing asset building, financial education and counseling, and workforce development.
Co-Opportunity, Inc. emphasizes homeownership, postsecondary education, and business capitalization with the goals of increasing homeownership in Hartford and raising the level of financial literacy. Co-Opportunity, Inc. has been successful in fostering community economic development initiatives and providing housing counseling.
