Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council

Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council, Inc. is a community action agency and has been incorporated since 1968 and a HUD approved housing counseling agency since 1975. C-SCDC has provided two AFI grants since 2005, with the goal of raising financial skills and increasing economic independence for low- and moderate-income families in Crawford and Sebastian counties, AR.

Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council, Inc. emphasizes homeownership, postsecondary education, and small business expansion or startups with the goal of raising financial skills and increasing economic independence for low- and moderate-income families in Crawford and Sebastian counties, AR. This grantee has an extremely successful homeownership program helping approximately 300 families per year purchase their own home through intense one-on-one counseling and case management and educational courses.

C-SCDC partners with University of Arkansas Fort Smith (UAFS), Bank of the Ozarks, Liberty Bank, and Neighborhood Works.
