THA has provided two AFI grants since 2002, with the objective to increase asset accumulation for some of the community’s poorest families.

THA emphasizes homeownership, with the goal of increasing asset accumulation for some of the poorest families in the community. Highlights of this grant include the ability of the THA to merge its IDA program with three economic self-sufficiency programs, including the FSS program, ROSS Family/Homeownership grant, and a Homeownership Counselor through the ROSS Family/Homeownership grant.

Partners

THA partners with Compass Bank to provide financial education and assistance in recruitment of IDA participants.
