Human Response Network

The Human Response Network emphasizes homeownership, postsecondary education and business capitalization, with the goal of improving the lives of eligible residents of Trinity County through asset development. The Network has been successful at developing strong partnerships with the county government, financial institutions and other local organizations to support their IDA program.

The Human Response Network partners with the County of Trinity Grants Department to provide programs to AFI participants, three local banks to hold IDA accounts, and the Superior Economic Development Corporation, SMART Business Resource Center, Shasta College and the Trinity County Real Estate Association to provide asset-specific training and support to IDA clients.
