Tips for Assessing the Impact of Your Financial Education Courses

A new article, Assessing the Impact of Financial Education for AFI Participants, from the AFI Resource Center, discusses the need for AFI grantees and other organizations that administer IDA projects to assess the impact of their financial education classes. It includes suggestions for effective strategies for these assessments.

It’s important for AFI grantees to review the strengths and weaknesses of their financial education strategies. Doing so allows grantees to ensure their resources are being used efficiently. It is a strategy for showing funders that participants do indeed benefit from the financial education they receive.
